WHO WE ARE:
Award winning Dockyard Jam Factory is located in Rochester Kent. Our jams are traditionally made in small batches using only the finest ingredients and time-
honoured methodology. 

WHERE IT BEGAN:
Proud owner, Laura Chapman Quinn, founded Dockyard Jam Factory in
the 2020 lockdown. Laura uses her passion to produce tasty seasonal
jams; packed to the brim with delicious fruits. Dockyard Jam Factory has won Great Taste Awards and the Lux Life Award 2023.

WHAT WE DO:
Our mission is to make delicious small batch jams, made with fresh,
all-natural ingredients for our customers to enjoy. Our products are subtle,
well balanced and perfect for pairing. 
We love our jams with cheese, scones, pastries, on sandwiches,
drizzled over ice cream, mixed into yogurt and porridge. Or for something a
little different, why not add a spoonful to sodas, punches or cocktails.
